Danza del Sol Winery
Danza del Sol Winery, located on the De Portola Wine Trail, is looking for the right candidate to join our tasting room staff.
Duties will include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Conducting wine tastings that are educational and fun
- Promoting the winery and selling wine
- Maintaining a strong rapport with wine club members and signing up new members
- Handling routine Point of Sale transactions
- Assisting with daily opening and closing duties
- Stocking of wine and retail items, maintaining an organized work station
- Tasting Room upkeep
- Smiling regularly
Qualifications
- A positive and professional attitude
- A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
- A minimum of one year experience in sales
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to reach and exceed company sales goals
- Personal interest in wine and/or previous wine knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be able to lift heavy objects (40-50 pounds) on a regular basis

Must be able to stand for extended periods

Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, with additional earning potential through commission and tips.

Part-time positions available only, 10-18 hours per week.

Weekends, holidays and occasional evenings are mandatory.
