About the Role This is a full-time tasting associate position at Amista Vineyards in Healdsburg, California. The role focuses on hospitality, outreach, and wine sales to create a memorable guest experience. What You'll Do
- Greet guests, conduct tastings, and provide knowledge about the winery's wines in the tasting room.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to visitors.
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including outreach activities and events.
- Collaborate with the team to promote wines such as Sparkling Wine and other organic/ Rhône-style offerings, and maintain tasting room standards. What We're Looking For
- Experience in wine sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment (weekends/evenings as needed). Nice to Have
- Interest or experience with organic wines and regional wines (e.g., Dry Creek Valley). Compensation & Benefits
