What You'll Do as a Tapping Machine Operator

• Operate assigned mechanical production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor produced parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments.
• Use basic measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints when applicable.
• Complete first-piece inspections as needed.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• No specific education or prior manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to safely operate mechanical production equipment.
• Basic precision measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, including blueprints when applicable.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and complete required documentation.
• Basic math skills.
