About the Role Tanger is seeking a Tanger Ambassador- Columbus to engage shoppers, promote TangerClub, and support marketing initiatives at the Columbus center. This role emphasizes delivering a polished brand experience and collaborating with retailers and center management to drive awareness and foot traffic.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligned with our brand.
• Attend virtual or in-person sessions and events to enhance knowledge as a brand ambassador.
• Engage and assist guests, driving consumer awareness with a consistent Tanger voice and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop expert knowledge of all center locations, amenities, programs, promos, and events to answer questions and provide strong customer service.
• Prepare and hand out samples, coupons, and product information; distribute marketing materials to shoppers.
• Collect and record customer feedback for internal and client relations.
• Use mobile technology to educate shoppers about TangerClub benefits and savings via the Tanger Mobile App; assist new sign-ups.
• Represent Tanger at on-site and off-site events and assist with setup, breakdown, and post-event captures (photos, video, etc.).
• Build partnerships with retailers and respond to retailer requests.
• Support center management; report issues promptly and assist with administrative tasks.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mail routing and shipments handling.
• Assist with maintenance of emergency notification systems, HVAC logs, signage, center website, vendor check-in, and social channels; train new ambassadors as needed.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
