Salary: 60,000-65,000 per year Full Time

In this Market Development Specialist role you will: Hit the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer. You’ll meet potential clients, uncover their needs, and show how our full range of workplace products and services can help. You’ll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts. Regular branch sales meetings will keep you connected and supported as you grow your market and your outside sales career.
What we are looking for in this Market Development Specialist:
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)
