You will design and deliver AI-enabled workforce solutions, talent strategies, and operating models to help organizations evolve how work gets done in the age of AI. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
- Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
- Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
