About this role

About the Role Lead Chick-fil-A's Talent & Training operations to deliver exceptional guest and team experiences by developing talent, delivering training, and aligning with the store's vision. You will partner with store leadership to enable growth, service, and operational excellence. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies: identify current and future talent needs, establish clear career paths, and create programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Design and execute training programs to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Promote a positive, engaging work environment: champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, and drive team engagement.
  • Oversee performance management, compliance, and employee relations; ensure consistent policy application and confidentiality.
  • Align Talent initiatives with business goals; collaborate with Team & Store Leadership to deliver excellent guest and team member experiences and uphold Chick-fil-A's vision of being the world's most caring company.
  • Manage scheduling, coverage, and operations touch points; willing to serve in-store during peak hours as needed. What We're Looking For
  • In-person, hands-on leader with training and HR experience; ability to coach and develop teams; strong communication, conflict management, scheduling skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation; open availability.
  • Self-starter with passion to develop, coach and train; disciplined, structured, organized; high standards; positive demeanor; ability to motivate and encourage teams; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in creating systems and processes; ability to accept positive and constructive feedback; maintain confidentiality and discretion; comfortable with conflict and accountability; respond to changes efficiently; strong time management and prioritization.
  • Must have open availability and willingness to serve customers during peak lunch/dinner hours; fluent with operations across all areas; strategic thinker; able to work under pressure; eligible to work in the United States; reliable transportation.
  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
  • Previous Training & Development experience and Previous HR or administrative experience are required. Compensation & Benefits

  • Work schedule: In-person, 8-15 hours per week for Talent & business operations; 25-30 hours per week on the floor in operations; 40 hours/week total; Sundays off; Monday-Saturday availability; Weekends; Day and night shifts.
