About the Role The Talent team at Netflix is responsible for enabling leaders across the Dream Team to architect their organization, nurture Netflix’s culture, and build talent density. It spans all functions that touch the employee experience, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, HR Business Partners, Inclusion Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Analytics, Compensation, and Talent Operations. The team champions Netflix’s unique culture to ensure employees can do the best work of their lives and helps Netflix scale with agility, inclusion, and talent density to entertain the world. What You'll Do
- Enable all leaders across the Dream Team to architect their organization.
- Nurture Netflix’s culture and build talent density across the organization.
- Collaborate with and support functions that touch the employee experience, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, HR Business Partners, Inclusion Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Analytics, Compensation, and Talent Operations. What We're Looking For
- Experience or involvement across multiple Talent functions and touchpoints in the employee experience.
- Ability to champion Netflix’s culture and support scale, agility, and inclusion across the organization.
