What You'll Do

Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.

Identify and engage passive candidates.

Conduct talent mapping and market research.

Partner with recruiters to support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate tracking.

Meet sourcing targets and contribute to recruitment goals.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

What We're Looking For

2+years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.

Proven experience building candidate pipelines independently.

Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems.

Advanced Boolean Search and sourcing methodology skills.

Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude.

Highly proactive, energetic, and self-motivated professional.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
