The role combines advisory and recruiting functions within a consulting framework, serving clients in IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management. What You'll Do
- Provide consulting services to technology companies to enhance their talent attraction capacities, especially for engineering and other tech profiles.
- Work with clients and partners in a hybrid model (Mexico City area); participate in planning, refining sessions, and training as needed, with occasional on-site days; initial weeks may include on-site requirements.
