We're opening applications for our next Talent Scout Internship cohort. You don't need recruiting experience to get started in talent sourcing. Sometimes, all you need is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the opportunity to try something new.

That's what our Talent Scout Internship is about.

Over three months, you'll learn how to find and evaluate candidates for early-stage tech startups, work on real hiring projects, and get a closer look at how growing startups build their teams.

We're looking for students currently enrolled in Nigerian universities who are ready to learn, think critically, and put their analytical and communication skills to work.
The internship is remote, part-time (15 hours/week), and paid:

$200/month + $500 bonus when your sourced candidate gets hired.

No previous sourcing or recruiting experience is needed. We'll teach you what you need to know.
