Job Title: Talent Project Manager, Strategic Projects - Assistant Director
The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of EY Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects. From planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables

Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines

Resource Management: Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resource
