Job role
- Managing talent acquisition processes and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competences required for job openings
- Updating recruitment procedures and creating new procedures
- Building reports and dashboards to measure recruitment performance
- Overseeing HRIS data management
- Evaluating and suggesting best recruiting software for company needs
- Holding monthly meetings with all operations department leads and outstation visits
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
- 2 - 4 years proven experience in a similar Talent Management role
- Professional certification.
