With locations across the U.S., we seek a Talent Management Director to lead the HR function and partner with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives. What You'll Do
- Supervise HR and oversee HR programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Lead the HR function, overseeing HRBPs and Learning & Development (L&D).
- Develop and implement HR policy, maintain compliance, and manage employee relations.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading HR functions and overseeing HRBPs and L&D.
- Proven ability to develop HR policy, ensure compliance, and manage employee relations.
- Strong partnership with leadership and ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
