About the Role ASM’s Spring internship provides a hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting semiconductor industry. Our interns will work alongside industry projects and gain valuable insights into our core engineering roles. This program is designed to grow and shape the industry leaders of tomorrow, offering a chance to learn, develop and build the skills needed for a successful career in the semiconductor field.
What You'll Do
- Develop dynamic competitor org charts and map adjacent talent pools, leveraging AI tools to create a scalable intelligence system that TA and business teams can continuously update.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or HR strategy
- Comfort analyzing unstructured data and synthesizing insights for business audiences
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a paid internship expected to start January/February 2027 and run through April/May 2027 (12 weeks, full-time, on-site).
- Interns will gain hands-on experience by working on industry-relevant workforce intelligence projects, with exposure to strategic TA and business decision-making.
