What you'll do
- End-to-End Performance & Talent Management
- Lead and coordinate company-wide Performance Review cycles end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution, high completion rates, and meaningful outcomes.
- Facilitate calibration sessions with C-level and senior stakeholders, bringing data, fairness, and consistency to performance evaluations and talent ratings.
- Drive succession planning strategies and talent mapping to identify key talent, mitigate organizational risk, and build strong leadership pipelines.
- Drive quarterly alignment processes to support continuous feedback and a performance-driven
