About the Role
Factorial is hiring a Talent Consultant (Pre-Sales) for the Portuguese/ROW Market to lead product demos, train and certify our sales team, and bridge the gap between sales, product, and market insights. You’ll help transform how companies manage their people by shaping product demonstrations and market strategies to win Talent deals.
What You'll Do
- Lead product demonstrations for our Talent deals, showing clients how our solutions help them and supporting closing of sales.
- Train and certify the sales team on products and sales skills, updating training as the team develops.
- Connect sales and product teams, gather market feedback from sales, share insights with the product team to ensure a strong product-market fit.
- Create a detailed Sales Certification Program to certify over 500 Factorial staff on how to sell our product.
- Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and competitors, sharing insights to guide product development and marketing plans.
What We're Looking For
- Proactive, natural problem-solvers and collaborative team players.
- Great communicators with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for any audience.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Bonus: experience in Talent or People teams.
- Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS products.
