About the Role We’re seeking a Talent Consultant (Pre-Sales) for the Italian Market to help transform how companies manage their people. You’ll lead product demos, train and certify the sales team, and bridge the gap between sales, product, and market insights to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead product demonstrations for our most important Talent deals, showing clients how our solutions help them and helping close sales.
- Train our sales team on products and sales skills, updating training based on team performance and needs.
- Connect sales and product teams by collecting market feedback and sharing it with product to ensure a great fit for customers.
- Create and run a detailed Sales Certification Program to certify over 500 Factorial colleagues on how to sell our product.
