Talent and Leadership Development Manager
The Talent and Leadership Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build leadership capability, promote continuous learning and improve organizational performance across the business in Nigeria within an FMCG context.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Develop leadership development programs across the organization.
- Build and strengthen leadership pipelines for future business growth.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capability.
- Promote internal mobility and workforce development.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
- Measure and improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA, MSc HR, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development) is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, ATD, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
- At least 4–5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide talent or learning initiatives within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or a multi-site organization.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
