We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Trainee for Palmela:
What will your responsibilities be?
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle across various roles for the project(s) assigned (headhunting, sourcing, job posting screening, interviewing, job offer management, negotiation and pre-boarding documentation).
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit
- Demonstrates and promotes the Group’s core values (currently defined as People Profile) or any future frameworks that reflect the company’s cultural and behavioral expectations
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Success Factors
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies from the VW Group
What skills are we looking for?
- BSc. In Human Resources, Phycology, Education, Sociology or any Social Human area (mandatory)
- Up to 1 year of experience in the field (internships and academic projects) – preferable
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or other ATS tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
