About the Role You will play a key role in shaping how Danfoss attracts and grows talent in Slovakia and across Eastern Europe. By combining hands-on recruitment with local HR support, you directly influence both business performance and employee experience. Based at our Vrbové manufacturing location, you act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping them build strong teams while ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring journey. Your work connects local needs with regional priorities, giving you the opportunity to make an impact beyond one site while staying close to the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth, professional, and inclusive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on effective and fair hiring decisions
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, university cooperation, and employer branding activities
• Provide local HR support including onboarding coordination, probation reviews, exit interviews, and HR documentation
• Support regional HR activities like satisfaction surveys and performance management processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or matrix environment
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes end to end with structure and attention to quality
• Solid understanding of local HR processes and employment practices in Slovakia
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working confidently with managers, employees and candidates
• Professional proficiency in English and Slovak
