About the Role We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Motorola Solutions' EMEA & APAC Talent Acquisition Organisation, supporting hiring across nearly 50 locations. Based in Cambridge, this role requires onsite presence 4-5 days per week and reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader UK & Ireland. What You'll Do
- Set up and execute recruitment strategies.
- Be the first point of contact for the business area/line managers.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Work proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans.
- Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs.
- Provide subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions.
- Coach line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques.
- Manage branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in-house recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Passive candidate sourcing experience. Compensation & Benefits
