About this role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Middle+ to join our Non-IT Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts — from the initial briefing to offer acceptance. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted partner, and help us attract exceptional talent. If you enjoy taking ownership, building strong partnerships, and making an impact in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Challenges that await you:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from role briefing to offer acceptance — with a primary focus on Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts

  • Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy

  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative channels

  • Conducting HR interviews to assess candidates’ experience, competencies, motivation, and alignment with the role

  • Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the hiring process

  • Managing the offer process, including candidate communication, negotiations, and offer acceptance

  • Improving recruitment processes and contributing to team-wide initiatives

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a deep understanding of Non-IT roles (Product, Design, Analytics etc.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust with hiring managers and deliver results

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency

  • A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and improving recruitment processes

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment

  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions

  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication

  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community

  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together

  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Flexible work from one of our offices in Serbia or Georgia

  • Healthcare Coverage

  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications

  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements

  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
