Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy company.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas roles, technical competencies and industry certifications.
- Proven experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar technical professionals.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office 365.
- CIPM or relevant HR certification is an advantage.
