Job title: Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
About the Role Talent Acquisition Senior Manager leads SIE's in-house talent acquisition efforts, aligning mid-to-long-term workforce strategy with business goals. You will oversee a small team spanning new graduate and experienced hire recruitment, collaborate with HRBP and business leaders, and drive cross-functional initiatives to upgrade processes, onboarding, and recruitment branding for global growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement mid-to-long-term recruitment strategy for SIE, in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- Lead and develop both new graduate and experienced hire recruitment teams; manage budget and resource allocation; ensure timely delivery of hiring plans.
- Partner with HRBP, compensation, labor, training, IT, finance and legal teams to execute recruitment strategy and optimize related processes.
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, and vendor management; ensure smooth candidate experience and compliance.
- Use Tableau and other data tools to collect, analyze, and report recruiting metrics; identify issues and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with global TA teams and Sony Group companies on branding, DE&I, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of in-house mid-career recruitment experience; 10+ years including recruitment agencies; new graduate experience considered
- 5+ years of team management experience, leading teams of 5 or more
- Global and Japanese market experience, recruiting hundreds of hires; ability to operate across cultures
- Strong collaboration with HRBP and VP-level business leaders; stakeholder management
- Japanese language native level preferred; business-level English required for meetings and correspondence
