About this role
About the Role:
At our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, you will play a key role in attracting and securing talent for critical HQ functions while helping strengthen Ferrero's employer brand. Reporting to the Recruitment Center Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, People Business Partners, and external recruitment partners, driving high-quality hiring outcomes and a consistent candidate experience. Combining recruitment expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, contribute to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, and provide insights that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand talent needs, define recruitment strategies, and support high-quality hiring decisions. From conducting comprehensive kick-off meetings and developing clear recruitment briefs to managing screening, interviews, assessments, and offer-related follow-up, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will bring structure and clarity to the process while adapting your approach to different business needs and stakeholder expectations.
Moreover, you will ensure a transparent, consistent, and high-quality selection journey aligned with Group expectations while providing an excellent candidate experience. You will guide and influence stakeholders on recruitment best practices, challenge assumptions constructively when appropriate, and facilitate alignment on selection methodologies, assessment approaches, and market realities. You will also manage relationships with external recruitment partners and headhunters, helping ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with Ferrero’s standards and employer branding principles.
In addition, you will contribute to HQ and Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects, supporting the implementation of initiatives and sharing relevant practices across functions. You will help bring our employer brand to life through local and international activities, strengthening relationships with universities, professional associations, and other external stakeholders, while coordinating with People Experience, Corporate Communication, and relevant Group functions.
Finally, you will play an active role in recruitment analytics and talent insights. You will monitor recruitment performance, hiring demand, sourcing effectiveness, and employer branding KPIs using P&O dashboards and reporting tools. By transforming data into clear and actionable insights, you will identify improvement opportunities and help stakeholders make informed talent decisions.
About You:
You will bring your educational background in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Human Resources. You have experience managing complex recruitment processes and partnering with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You are comfortable working with external search firms and recruitment partners, and you understand how to align talent attraction approaches with business priorities and employer branding objectives. You are recognized for your strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. You build credibility and productive relationships with hiring managers, P&O colleagues, external partners, and candidates. You can navigate competing priorities, challenge constructively, and maintain clarity and sound judgment when expectations or priorities evolve. You demonstrate maturity, learning agility, adaptability, and resilience. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating change and uncertainty, remaining effective when the path forward is not immediately clear. You learn quickly from new situations and experiences and take a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving while maintaining quality and attention to detail. You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership across your full scope of responsibilities, including recruitment, Employer Branding, projects, and analytics. You take accountability for outcomes and drive initiatives through to completion. At the same time, you are observant and thoughtful in how you operate, taking the time to understand the organizational context, stakeholder dynamics, and business needs. You act consistently with Ferrero's ways of working and demonstrate sound judgment in deciding when to act independently, when to seek alignment, and when to involve or escalate to the relevant stakeholders. Lastly, you combine a data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate information clearly. You are comfortable working with HR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools, analyzing trends, and translating recruitment data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
