Job title: Talent Acquisition Partner - US Expansion
About the Role Innovamat is expanding in the US and seeks a people-centered talent expert to build from scratch, partner with hiring managers, and be a culture ambassador. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for US roles, develop talent pipelines, and help strengthen Innovamat’s employer brand in a fast-moving, international scale-up.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of U.S. roles, partnering closely with business leaders from kick-off to signed offer.
- Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, supporting them with talent market insights, candidate feedback, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and community engagement.
- Develop talent intelligence for the business by monitoring hiring trends, competitor activity, talent movements, and market insights.
- Attend recruiting events, industry conferences, university career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen Innovamat's presence in the market.
- Support and execute employer branding initiatives, helping showcase our people, culture, mission, and impact across multiple channels.
- Partner with employees to amplify authentic employee stories and advocacy efforts that strengthen our employer brand.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Innovamat's values and leaves every candidate feeling respected and inspired.
- Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and contribute to workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, talent partnering, or people-focused roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities, with the ability to engage passive candidates and build talent communities.
- Curiosity about talent trends, employer branding, talent intelligence, and the evolving future of work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
