About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment in Poland. This role will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, build a strong pipeline, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while aligning with SB&D's global TA strategy.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Poland-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing, networking, and social platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams globally to align with global standards and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in manufacturing/industrial or corporate environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in Polish and English.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and recruiting best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
Nice to Have
- HR certification or TA accreditation.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sectors and Polish market.
- Experience partnering with global teams and hiring across multiple functions.
