About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment in Poland. This role will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, build a strong pipeline, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while aligning with SB&D's global TA strategy.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Poland-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing, networking, and social platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams globally to align with global standards and reporting.
