We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts that strengthen our workforce in Wisconsin. This position plays a key role in identifying exceptional talent, advising hiring leaders, and creating a thoughtful candidate journey from first contact through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, uses recruiting data to guide decisions, and builds strong partnerships across the organization to support consistent hiring success.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring activity, including kickoff discussions, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer completion.

• Partner with managers to clarify role expectations, define success criteria, and support informed, timely selection decisions.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-source positions using referrals, networking, online platforms, and market research.

• Evaluate applicants thoroughly and present candidates with relevant experience, along with concise, well-reasoned recommendations to hiring teams.

• Deliver a consistent and thoughtful experience for candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.

• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and pipeline strength to identify trends and improve results.

• Share hiring progress, market feedback, and recruiting insights with leadership and HR partners in a clear and actionable way.

• Collaborate with HR, learning teams, marketing, and business leaders to strengthen hiring practices and reinforce employer brand visibility across recruiting channels.

• Review recruitment workflows, tools, and communication practices regularly to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall hiring outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or a multi-site organization.

• Demonstrated success sourcing talent proactively rather than relying only on inbound applicants.

• Experience using applicant tracking or HR systems to manage recruitment activity, reporting, and decision support; Paycom familiarity is a plus.

• Strong ability to interpret recruiting data and use insights to influence process improvements and hiring decisions.

• Effective interviewing and candidate assessment skills with sound, detail-focused judgment.

• Ability to build credibility with hiring leaders through collaboration, accountability, and clear communication.

• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches with urgency and follow-through.
