Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC
As a Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC, you will lead both inbound and outbound recruitment activities across the region, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence in the market. This role is part of the regional Talent Acquisition team spanning multiple countries. The position is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition and HR projects Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, candidate pipeline management, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by providing best-in-class service, guidance, and consultation.
