Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC

As a Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC, you will lead both inbound and outbound recruitment activities across the region, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence in the market. This role is part of the regional Talent Acquisition team spanning multiple countries. The position is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition and HR projects Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, candidate pipeline management, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by providing best-in-class service, guidance, and consultation.
• Develop and execute a regional Talent Acquisition strategy focused on attracting and engaging high-quality talent.
• Utilize Workday (ATS) to track requisitions, candidate progress, and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with the Talent Marketing & Employer Branding Manager (EMEA & APAC) to support and drive regional branding campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, hiring manager satisfaction, and quality of hire.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken, read, and written) is required to support China and Hong Kong markets.

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Information Technology industry and across multi-country environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Dynamic, agile, and results-oriented mindset.

• Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, TA professionals, and business leaders.

• Adaptable to change with strong influencing capabilities.

• Passion for talent acquisition and building meaningful stakeholder relationships.
