This position reports to:
HR Team Lead
We are looking for a new team member to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and recruitment support to our Talent Partners and Hiring Managers.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
The work model for this role is hybrid, LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing supporting activities for the Talent Acquisition (TA) processes (e.g verifying the quality of job requisition details, publishing job ads in external channels, screening candidates)
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and both internal and external candidates
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of TA processes
- Adhering to established Customer and Service Level Agreement standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the role:
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center or another target-driven environment is preferred
- Prior experience with recruitment-related tasks is an advantage, but we also encourage candidates with an HR education and less direct recruitment experience to apply
- Fluency in English, swedish or finnish language will be beneficial
- A proficient computer user
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work in cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive mindset and a “can-do” attitude
