About the Role The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and structured onboarding for all positions across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and is accountable for timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all talent acquisition activities. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions across the organization
- Coordinate structured onboarding for new hires
- Ensure I-9 compliance and onboarding documentation
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records and data in the HRIS (UKG preferred) What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- I-9 and onboarding knowledge
- HRIS experience (UKG preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently Compensation & Benefits
