About the Role Join MGT as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own and drive recruiting for the management consulting practice. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, with responsibilities spanning full-cycle recruiting, campus hiring, and employer branding to attract top consulting talent. What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles across the firm, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, Engagement Managers, and specialized hires.
- Partner closely with consulting leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
- Build and manage relationships with top universities, student organizations, career centers, and MBA programs.
- Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison for MGT, coordinating recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs.
