About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Interpretation Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, managing candidate documentation, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for interpreters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and follow up on technical requirements and hiring documents from interpreters within defined SLAs.
• Submit required tickets and ensure accurate documentation is uploaded and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Track candidate readiness and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and support attendance rates for induction and training sessions.
• Coordinate with candidates, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates on candidate progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
