Your Mission - As our new Talent Acquisition Analyst for Latin America, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring and onboarding experience. You’ll work across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones—making sure every candidate and new hire feels welcomed, informed, and excited to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule interviews and support hiring managers across LATAM.

• Be the friendly face for candidates throughout the process.

• Keep our systems (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date and compliant.

• Help manage background checks and assessments.

• Onboarding Support

• Coordinate everything a new hire needs for a smooth start—IT, HR docs, welcome kits, and more.

• Track onboarding progress and follow up with teams.

• Ensure a consistent and engaging experience across all countries.

• Process & Data Management

• Keep our data clean and organized.

• Spot opportunities to improve and automate our workflows.

• Support reporting and dashboards to help us work smarter.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Share best practices and help us continuously improve.

• What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, people-first mindset.

• Comfortable working in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a big plus).

• Familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, MS Office, and Teams is a bonus.
