About the Role REVELxp is looking for enthusiastic Tailgate Game Day Staff to deliver exceptional guest hospitality at tailgate events for Penn State University. This entry-level role focuses on greeting guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and supporting overall fan experience on game day.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests upon arrival with hospitality and warmth
- Maintain a clean, guest-friendly space before, during, and after the game
- Assist teammates to deliver a positive fan experience before, during, and after the game
- Support outdoor environments and fast-paced conditions as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum requirements: ability to work all shifts; strong customer service skills; team-player mentality; dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Physical requirements: ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds; bend, stoop, reach; able to work outdoors in varied environmental conditions
- Work environment: fast-paced during live events; frequent interaction with fans and large groups; long periods of standing and movement
