About the Role The Tactical Senior Acquisition Lead role is based in El Segundo, CA, supporting MTSI’s defense acquisition programs and mission-focused initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage acquisition programs and contract activities for assigned projects.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies, including source selections and procurement planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and collaborate with senior leadership on program execution. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex defense or government acquisition programs.
- Strong program management and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
