Job title: System/Solution Architect
About the Role System/Solution Architect to conceptualize, design and deliver product/sustenance solutions through a team, as per defined scope and standards, adopting industry-leading practices to drive project success and client value.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design and develop (through Team) solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and adoption of new technologies to keep solutions current and aligned with quality standards and client requirements
- Build and maintain a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology through interviews, training sessions and mentorship
- Gather specifications and translate domain/technology understanding into deliverable solutions for the client
- Support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/whitepapers, market trend analysis, etc.
- Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices for specific technology/product
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory: Japanese language N1 or above and Japan local presence
- Java application development, Linux, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OCI, Docker, Kubernetes)
- English (read/write) and English (speaking)
- Project Leading / strong leadership capabilities
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience

- Optional / preferred: Cloud tech (AWS, Azure, OCI, Docker, Kubernetes), IT Infra skills, CI/CD (Ansible, Jenkins), NFV, SDN, DBMS / SQL, OpenStack, Testing, Programming (Java, Javascript, Go, C/C++, Bash), API knowledge (curl), LDAP, SQL Server (EDB), Networking knowledge (tcpdump), Redis, Zookeeper/Kafka, Telco industry experience, AI related education, System/Solution Architect experience
