About the Role Systems Integration Engineer who designs, develops, and implements solutions for software integration projects. Coordinates applications across functions or organizations and ensures integrations meet the organization's requirements. You will apply advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and may mentor and supervise team members.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for software integration projects.
• Coordinate applications across functions or between organizations to ensure cohesive integration.
• Ensure integration projects meet requirements and align with organizational goals.
• Apply advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Work with minimal direction and mentor or supervise team members.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years navigating complex customer environments, including receiving and implementing requirements.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, or authentication flows).
• 2+ years of experience implementing and troubleshooting authentication or authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect).
• 2+ years of experience building prototype applications using languages such as Python or Go.
• 1+ years of experience implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience working with a major cloud provider in a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot across distributed systems, including logs, metrics, and debugging integration issues.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Customer-facing engineering roles such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, SNS and SQS, or Pub/Sub).
• Experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Knowledge of wireless communications, especially 5G Wireless and O-RAN systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 USD per year.
