About the Role MTSI is seeking a Systems Engineer to support advanced defense and aerospace programs in Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and sustaining complex systems to meet program objectives.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the architecture, integration, and delivery of systems across multidisciplinary teams.
- Support system verification and validation activities and ensure requirements traceability.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, specifications, and documentation.
- Assist with technical risk management and change control.
- Participate in on-site program activities in Huntsville, Alabama.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and/or integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on or with defense/aerospace programs is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with systems engineering tools and lifecycle processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with DoD program requirements and standards.
