About the Role The Systems Engineer II participates in the definition and integration of precision farming systems into a complete, high-performing solution for agricultural equipment. This role translates customer and stakeholder needs into system-level requirements, architecture, and technical solutions across auto-guidance, telemetry, connectivity, vehicle control, mapping, ISOBUS, and service. The Systems Engineer II collaborates with software, hardware, and product management to deliver scalable, customer-focused systems aligned with CNH’s product and technology strategies. What You'll Do
- Define and maintain product-level feature specifications, system layouts, interface definitions, and technical documentation.
- Translate stakeholder, customer, regulatory, and product requirements into clear system-level requirements and subsystem definitions.
