About the Role Join Accenture Federal Services as a Systems Engineer to analyze user requirements, lead design and development activities, and deliver technical documentation for government programs. This role emphasizes technical leadership and system integrity to deliver solutions for big data analytics and malware analysis. What You'll Do
- Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
- Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
- Develop technical and system documentation
- Plan system development and interact with government officials
- Review and approve system engineering documentation
- Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
- Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
- Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
- Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
- Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation
- Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance Nice to Have
- Bonus points for strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Salary range: $120,000—$220,000 USD per year
