About the Role MetLife is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our Infra team in Kyiv. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure through hands-on server and network administration and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Monitor server health, CPU usage, and network performance metrics
- Manage SLAs by resolving tickets within defined targets
- Handle incidents, requests, and changes through Service Navigator and related tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, as well as servers and network devices/storage (Dell/HP)
- Patch management: deploy security patches and software updates across all networked systems What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Systems Administrator or IT support
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and basic Linux/Unix
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; MS SQL; Networking (TCP/IP; LAN/WAN troubleshooting)
- Security: CrowdStrike antivirus, firewalls, DLP
- Backups management (hot and cold)
- VMware virtualization
- Scripting: PowerShell or Bash
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have
- Tomcat/Apache web servers; WebSphere administration
- SSL certificate management; Azure SLA Feature Board
