Responsibilities
- Maintains and supports physical and virtual systems infrastructure for Everi gaming environments, including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), virtualization hosts, storage, remote access, availability, and security.
- Supports provisioning, configuration, patching, monitoring, and health maintenance for servers, virtual machines, appliances, and related infrastructure services.
- Assists with system modeling, analysis, lab validation, and testing to support new products and platform changes.
- Develops implementation tasks, test steps, runbooks, and technical documentation under guidance.
- Performs infrastructure troubles
