About the Role El Systems Access Analyst forma parte del equipo de ScotiaGBS en Bogotá y es responsable de gestionar y apoyar las actividades de Contingent Worker Divestiture durante el Transition Services Agreement, vinculadas a fusiones, adquisiciones y desinversiones. Actúa como enlace entre Recursos Humanos del banco adquiriente y los departamentos de BNS, asegurando que las estrategias, planes e iniciativas se ejecuten conforme a la normativa vigente, políticas y procedimientos internos de Scotiabank. Además, supervisa procesos de onboarding, accesos a sistemas y offboarding de trabajadores contratistas para garantizar continuidad operativa y cumplimiento. What You'll Do
