CEVA Logistics – System Superuser – MoveIT, Australia

YOUR ROLE

Based at Minto NSW and reporting to the Vice President, Finished Vehicle Logistics, this role is one of two national System Superuser positions supporting our MoveIT platform across Australia.

Importantly, this is not an IT role. It is a functional subject matter expert position focused on how systems enable real-world operations across transport, warranty claims and compound (yard) management.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a major transformation across our Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) operations. MoveIT provides an end-to-end vehicle management platform, enabling real-time visibility and a more proactive, data-driven operating environment across the network.

Initially focused on system implementation and rollout, you’ll work alongside a counterpart to lead deployment across sites, before transitioning into ongoing system ownership, optimisation and support.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Lead rollout of MoveIT across compound, TMS and related functions nationally
• Drive site readiness, training, UAT and go-live execution across locations
• Standardise processes to ensure consistent and compliant operations
• Act as escalation point for critical system and operational issues
• Support onboarding of new customers and operational requirements
• Identify and deliver system enhancements and continuous improvements
• Partner with IT and Global teams on system changes and deployments
• Coach and support users to build system capability across the network.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll be an experienced logistics professional who understands how systems support operations, rather than someone from a pure IT background.

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain environments
• Background in transport operations, fleet, yard/compound or 3PL operations
• Experience supporting or delivering system implementations in operations
• Strong operational understanding of how systems are used day-to-day
• Ability to engage across operations, IT and commercial stakeholders
• Confidence managing risk and driving practical, outcome-focused solutions
• Strong communication and training capability across varied audiences.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
