System Process Manager - SAP TM

The System Process Manager SAP TM is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, optimizing transportation management processes, and supporting global SAP TM implementations and enhancements.

SAP TM System & Process Support

• Support the SAP TM system (Transportation Management) Ensure smooth execution of TM processes including shipping, transportation, and freight orders
• Provide support for all related logistics and transportation processes

System Integration & Interfaces

• Support and maintain interfaces to other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ERP)
• Ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems

Consulting & Solution Design

• Act as in-house IT functional consultant for SAP TM
• Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions for TM process rollouts
• Analyse “as-is” processes and develop “to-be” target concepts

Testing & Change Management

• Design test concepts and ensure proper execution
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct training sessions and briefings for regional specialists
• Support user adoption and knowledge sharing

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage SAP-related projects
• Coordinate and manage external consultants during implementations

Support & Operations

• Provide 3rd level support to analyse and resolve system issues
• Ensure stable operation of SAP TM in S/4HANA environments

What are your qualifications?

Technical Expertise

• Expert knowledge in SAP TM
• Strong understanding of TM business processes
• Deep knowledge of interface technologies (e.g., CIF)
• Strong SAP ABAP skills (including debugging)
• Experience with SAP TM in S/4HANA

Professional Experience

• Several years of project or consulting experience in SAP TM
• Experience in corporate or service provider environments

Languages

• Fluent in English required
• German is an advantage

Tools & Skills

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business partnering capabilities
