About the Role Lead the System Engineering team for the Wanda Project in Taiwan, overseeing system engineering design, specifications, verification and interface management, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite role based in Tucheng, New Taipei City, Taiwan. The position requires collaboration across multiple functions to ensure delivery against contractual requirements. What You'll Do
- Lead the On-Shore System Engineering team according to PREM instructions; organize engineering activities (priorities, schedule, delivery) and report progress to PREM.
- Manage the definition, allocation, and acceptance of system specifications (functional, architecture, interfaces).
- Lead demonstration of system performances and verification; ensure compliance to contractual requirements and obtain customer/Engineer approvals.
- Support PREM in managing Engineering Work Packages; support subsystems in technical discussions with Customer/Engineer.
- Implement project methods and engineering tools; participate in risk management; address technical risks in system studies.
- Manage interface definition matters and ensure proper allocation to subsystems. What We're Looking For
- Educational: Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree; knowledge of Railway System mandatory.
- 10 years of experience in Interface and System Engineering design in railway; project/construction experience preferred.
- Geotechnical and/or structural calculation knowledge and track alignment knowledge will be a plus.
- Strong team management and communication in Mandarin & English; willingness to work night shifts. Nice to Have
