Job title: System Engineer Electrical Power Systems (m/w/d)
About the Role System Engineer Electrical Power Systems (m/f/d) will technically own the electrical systems of hydro power plant projects and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful design, commissioning and handover. The role is based in Vienna and focuses on Electrical Power Systems Engineering & Design within ANDRITZ Hydropower.
What You'll Do
- Technical handling of the electrical system for power plant installations
- Collaborate with the project team on hydro power projects
- Act as point of contact for customers, consultants, engineers and suppliers
- Develop concepts for electrical plant components
- Technical execution from design to commissioning
- Responsible for schedule, quality and cost of the work package
- Contribute to risk and claim management
- Technical participation in bid/proposal projects
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical education (FH, TU in Electrical Engineering – master level)
- Experience in project management
- Experience in handling projects with focus on electrical installations would be advantageous
- Very good MS Office and MS Project knowledge
- Good communication in English; another foreign language is advantageous
- Willingness to travel worldwide (30%)
- Independent and precise working style with problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and communication ability as well as willingness to contribute

- Any additional foreign language is beneficial
