Yoh is seeking a UKG System Analyst for a part-time (20 hours/week) contract engagement supporting enterprise HR systems in a fully remote environment. This position plays a key role in stabilizing current HRIS operations while contributing to upcoming technology initiatives, with broad exposure across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed and performs well in dynamic, fast-moving settings.

Title: System Analyst- UKG Compensation:$70-90/hour Type: Contract/Part-time (20 hours/week)

Location

US-based, 100% Remote Eligibility: Must be a US Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of the UKG environment, acting as both system administrator and functional subject matter expert.
• Lead coordination with an external consulting partner responsible for evaluating and improving key HR workflows, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries, providing detailed insight into current system configuration, workflows, and business processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend scalable solutions within UKG, including presenting trade-offs and best practices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform hands-on system administration tasks such as configuration updates, organizational changes, and bulk data management using available tools (e.g., web import utilities).
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining manual processes and implementing scalable system updates.
• Support stabilization of the current HRIS environment while contributing to longer-term planning for a potential system transition.
• Assist in documenting processes, system configurations, and recommendations for future-state HR technology decisions.
• Provide light troubleshooting support for adjacent HR systems as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) with strong knowledge of system functionality and configuration.

• Background combining HRIS administration with project or program management responsibilities.

• Experience working with third-party vendors or consulting partners in a project delivery environment.

• Strong understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding workflows.

• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and clearly communicate recommendations.

• Experience performing bulk data updates and system configurations within HRIS platforms.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment aligned to PST hours.

• Exposure to SQL or backend data querying tools is a plus, but not required.

• Experience supporting HRIS evaluations or system migrations is preferred.
